This is to inform you that it has come to the attention of the Company that there is a certain letter that is being circulated in the public domain purporting that the Board of Directors of the Company viz. Chalet Hotels Limited has at a meeting approved a bid for shares in the Company and authorised a certain entity by the name of Fyers Securities Pty Ltd to bid competitively with SBI Mutual Fund. Please note that this is a false and frivolous letter and no such matter was considered or approved by the Company or its Board of Directors. The Company is neither aware of nor in any way associated with the said Fyers Securities Pty Ltd. We request the Exchange to disseminate this to the members / investors for their information.
