Dear Sir / Madam,<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Shares of the Company by all Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, from the closing of business hours on June 30, 2020 up to the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results.<BR> <BR> All Designated Persons of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated separately.
