You are also requested to take note that in terms of the code of conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider trading in the securities of the company pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by all its Directors, Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Designated Persons and Insiders shall remain closed from January 1, 2022 and shall be opened 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2021. The date of Board meeting to consider/approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2021 shall be intimated to the exchange separately in due course.
