Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we have to inform you that Rajkumar Balbir from Ludana, PilluKhera, Jind, Haryana has lodged F.I.R. bearing no. 0004 dated 04.01.2023 with police station Pillu Khera District Jind Haryana (intimation received by us on 28.02.2023) against one of our Distributors in Haryana and Mr. Sameer Shah (Chairman & Managing Director) of the Company with respect to alleged inferior quality of material supply, cheating and breach of trust. The Company strongly denies and disputes the claims made against it and is taking the necessary legal steps in the matter.
