Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, 06th November 2025 considered and approved following:
1. The Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 for F.Y. 2025-26 along with Limited Review Report thereon as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
2. Appointment of Ms. Mruga Gajjar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 06th November 2025
