We wish to inform you that the shareholders of the Company in the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 15th September 2022 approved the amendments to the Memorandum of Association ('MOA') and Articles of Association ('AOA') of the Company, the amendment was carried out to enable the MOA and AOA to be line with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
