| In continuation to the notice of the Board Meeting dated 18th October 2022, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., 03rd November 2022, the Board inter- alia considered and approved the following: - i. Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September 2022. The Board considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September 2022 as recommended by the members of the Audit Committee in the meeting held earlier in the day. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September 2022 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. ii. Allotment of ESOP shares Allotment of 8,300 equity shares of the Company of Face Value Rs.10/- to the employee under Chemfab Alkalis Employees Stock Option Scheme ('CAESOS 2020'). | |
