Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with Company''s Code on Prevention of Insider Trading, It is hereby informed, Trading window for the purpose of transaction in the company''s share(s) by the Directors, Designated Employees, other insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives will remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited financial results for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March, 2024. Accordingly, all the Designated employees, other insiders of the company (including Directors) and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trading the company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results for the Quarter/year ended 31st March, 2024 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
