Cheslind Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents from January 20, 2015 till February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive).
