We wish to inform your esteemed organization that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held
today i.e., Thursday, the 13th day of November 2025 has inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half-year ended 30th September 2025 accompanied with the Limited Review Report thereon. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we enclose the following:
1. Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half-year ended 30th September, 2025;
2.Limited Review Report issued by M/s. G.P. Associates on the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half-year ended 30th September, 2025; and
3. Limited Review Report issued by M/s. G.P. Associates on the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the half-year ended 30th September, 2025
