Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the clarification issued by National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close from 01st October 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020 for Designated Persons, designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.
