| Chothani Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 at 12.00 p.m. at Registered Office of the Company at Office No. 408, B Wing, Damji Shamji Corporate Square, Laxmi Nagar, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai - 400075 to transact the following Business(es) - 1. To adopt and approve the Notice of 09th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the F.Y. 2021-2022; 2. To finalize the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company; 3. To finalize the date, venue and time for convening 09th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 4. To consider and approve the Directors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2022; 5.
