the Company stands amalgamated w.e.f. 01/04/2019 (the Appointed Date) and is not in existence now and hence the<BR> compliance reports/ disclosures required for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 and onwards of the Company are not being submitted to your Exchange.Further, kindly note that in the financial results for the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2020 of Titagarh Wagons Ltd (TWL), the figures for the year ended 31st March,2020 include the results of TWL and its two erstwhile subsidiaries namely Cimmco and TCPL and therefore the financial results from the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2020 onwards are also not being separately submitted by Cimmco to your Exchange.
