We wish to inform you that the final order dated September 30, 2020 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata ('NCLT') sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with its holding company: Titagarh Wagons Limited has been uploaded on official website of NCLT (the 'Order'). Certified copies of the order have been applied for and upon issue thereof the Company will stand amalgamated with April 01, 2019 i.e. the Appointed Date.<BR> A copy of the certified copy of the Order will be submitted by the holding company to your office promptly upon receipt.<BR> Please take the above on record.
