Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Reg 2015, upon receipt of an amount aggregating to Rs. 9,85,05,000 at the rate of Rs. 55 per warrant from all the warrant holders as per the terms of the warrant issue, the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors has on 11th December 2023 approved the allotment of 17,91,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon conversion of equal number of warrants more particularly described in the attachment.
