| Dear Madam/Sir(s) This is further to our letter dated April 05, 2022, intimating about the proposed sale of the Company's Greater Noida Campus situated at '15A, Knowledge Park-II, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201310' ('Noida Land') at a total consideration of Rs.48 Crores, and receipt of an advance of Rs. 10 Crores in this respect from the Buyer ('the Sale'). In this regard please be informed that the Sale has been concluded, and the Company has received the final consideration on June 27, 2022, and all the legal formalities with respect to the sale have been completed.
