Classic Diamonds (India) Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct after giving effect to the said circular adopted by the Company on February 04, 2014 under Regulation 12 [1] of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading], Regulations 1992 the Trading Window will be closed during the below mentioned period for the corporate even:.<BR><BR>- Corporate event and Date: February 14, 2015 for Adoption of Un-audited Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>- Window closure period: February 09, 2015 to February 16, 2015 (both days inclusive)<BR><BR>The trading window will open on February 17, 2015.
