Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India vide their letter no. SY-11012/1/2017-CSL dated January 02, 2023 appointed Shri Biju Prabhakar, Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Kerala as the Part-time Official (Nominee) Director on the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Shri Jyothilal K R, the erstwhile Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Kerala, with effect from January 02, 2023 until further orders.
