Cochin Shipyard Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 to inter alia (a) consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022; and (b) consider the declaration of 02nd interim dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2022-23.
