We wish to inform you that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 06, 2023 at 09:00 A.M (IST) through video-conferencing (VC/OAVM), in compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular Nos. 20/2020 and 10/2022 dated 5th May 2020 and 28th December 2022, respectively, and other circulars issued in this respect ('MCA Circulars') and also
vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/4 dated 5th January 2023 ('SEBI Circular'), in this regard. The Annual Report of the Company comprising of the Notice of the AGM, Board's Report, Auditor's Report and other documents will be sent to those members whose emails are registered with
the Company or their Depository Participants in accordance with aforesaid Circulars. Further information shall be shared in due course.
