| COMFORT COMMOTRADE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at the registered office of the Company, interalia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:<BR> <BR> 1. Consolidated and Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021;<BR> 2. To fix the Book Closure, Cut-off and E-voting Dates for 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company;<BR> 3. To fix the day, date and time of 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company; <BR> 4. Any other business as may be considered necessary. <BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the closure of trading window has already commenced from July 01, 2021 and shall continue till 48 hours from the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record and oblige.
