| Confidence Futuristic Energetech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29nd July, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. inter alia to: 1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on JUNE 30, 2022; and; 2) Any other matter with the permission of Chairman. Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operational with effect from JULY 1, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hrs after the declaration of the results.
