| CONTAINER CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant of Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18.05.2023 to consider inter alia the approval of Audited Financial Results & Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. In the said meeting, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for 2022-23, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed for all designated persons & their immediate relatives for the period from 01st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended on 31st March, 2023. | |
