In pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations. 2015, we inform you that Mr. Puneet Kumar, Chief Financial officer (CFO) and KMP of the company has resigned from the post of CFO of the Continental Chemicals Limited (CCL) on 07.06.2022 due to personal reasons. The Board took the note of the same in its Board Meeting held today, 16th June, 2022.
