Coral India Finance & Housing Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 29, 2020, inter alia, for considering and approving:<BR><BR>- Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>- To recommend Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window closure period for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has commenced from April 01, 2020 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
