This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders ("Code"), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from 1st October, 2020 till 48 (forty eight) hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course. <BR>
