This is with refence to the BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April02,2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders, framed under SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Designated Partners/Employees/Director/Officers (as defined in the Code) from 01st April 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March 2022, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March 2022, will be intimated in due course.
