In tenns of the Company''s Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition oflnsider Trading)<BR> Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by designated<BR> persons and their immediate relatives of the Company will remain closed with effect from Friday, 01 st<BR> January, 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited<BR> financial results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ending December 31,2020.<BR> The date of board meeting of the company for review and approval of the Unaudited financial results<BR> for the quarter and nine months ended 31 st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record.
