| In continuation to our letter dated 25th January, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30, 33, 51 and 52 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) together with the copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023 duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company. A copy of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) together with the copy of Limited Review Report is annexed as 'Annexure I'. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:10 p.m. | |
