Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that Mr. Krishan Batra (DIN: 00906402) vide his Resignation Letter dated May 24, 2024 has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of the company with effect from the close of business hours on May 24, 2024 due to his Pre-Occupation and other personal commitments. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure-A.
