With reference to the above and in continuation of our earlier submission dated 8th March 2021, we have noticed some errors in our annual report. We have made the corrections and the same are being submitted to the members for approval at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting convened on the 30th March 2021 at 10.30 am through VC/OAVM.<BR> <BR> The details of the corrections are provided under Annexure -1<BR> <BR> We herewith submit that the errors in the annual report were unintentional and are not detrimental to the interest of the stakeholders.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record and oblige.<BR> <BR>
