CYBERSCAPE MULTIMEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/07/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Kindly refer to our letter dated June 23, 2020 whereby we had intimated that the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020 and the auditors report thereon will be held on June 30, 2020. <BR> In this connection and in modification to the aforesaid intimation, owing to the COVID 19 pandemic and as permitted by SEBI in its circular No. SEBI /HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated June 24, 2020, we wish to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation <BR> 29 of SEBI LODR, that the board meeting scheduled on June 30, 2020 has been postponed and will now be held on Friday, the July 17, 2020.
