This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and D. B. Corp Limited - Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of D. B. Corp Limited (''the Company'') shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025.
