The Board in its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, January 15, 2026, has inter-alia, approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 and declared the second interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 20% of FV) for the FY 2025-26. Noted the Resignation of Senior Management Person, Mr. Amit Prakashrao Waghmare from the post of 'Chief Information Officer' of the Company and approved the appointment of Senior Management Person, Mr. Rakesh Khetan as 'Chief Information Officer' in Technology department of the Company.
