Dear Sir(s)/ Madam,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the SEBI PIT Regulations and aforesaid code, this is to inform you that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for its designated persons w.e.f. April 1, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting to be convened and held inter alia to consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> The same has been communicated to all the Designated Persons under the said code.<BR> <BR> Also, please note that the date of the Board meeting will be intimated separately.<BR> <BR> Further, please note that as per the guidelines issued by the Stock Exchanges and considering the grave situation due to outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic, the intimation is being submitted herewith in 'Sd/- form'. <BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record.
