Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Santosh Desai (DIN: 01237902) as an Additional Director w.e.f. October 21, 2020 to hold the office as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 3 (three) years subject to the approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR> <BR> A brief profile of Mr. Desai is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.<BR>
