Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company has resolved as under:-<BR><BR>- Allotted 2,69,250 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Dabur Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2000. These shares rank pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.<BR><BR>With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company increased to Rs. 175,70,89,420/- divided into 175,70,89,420 equity shares of face value of Rs.1/- each.
