Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2023 till 2 days (48 hours) after the declaration of financial results for the half-year ending on September 30, 2023 to the stock exchange. The date of declaration of the said financial results shall be announced in due course. You are requested to take the same on record.
