| With respect to the clarification sought on significant movement in the price of the Company''s scrip at BSE in the recent past, we would like to clarify that, as of the current date, there is no event, information /announcement (including impending announcement) which in our opinion might have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip. Hence, we are unable to comment on the movement in the price of the Company''s security across BSE, in the recent past.
