Pursuant to the Company's Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till 2 days (48 hours) after the declaration of financial results for the half-year and year ending on March 31, 2024 to the stock exchange. The date of declaration of the said financial results shall be announced in due course.
