Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, CRISIL Rating Limited ("CRISIL Ratings") has reaffirmed the credit ratings on the bank facilities of the Company as follows:
Total Bank Loan Facilities Rated (Enhanced): Rs. 775 Crore (enhanced from Rs. 750 Crore)
Type of Credit Rating: Long Term Rating - A/Positive (reaffirmed);
Short Term Rating -A1 (reaffirmed)
CRISIL Ratings communication dated January 22, 2025 for assignment of Credit Rating, which was received by the Company on January 22, 2025 is enclosed.
