Data Patterns (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025.
Further to our letter no. SEC/SE/098/2025-26 dated December 31, 2025, intimating the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company for all the insiders from Thursday, January 01, 2026, we wish to inform that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results post the Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 05, 2026.
