Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform you that:
1. Mr. Eswara Rao Nandam (DIN: 02220039) has resigned as a Managing Director of the Company with effect from 31st May, 2023.
2. Ms. Rapala Virtanen Tarja Hannele (DIN: 09528399) has resigned as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31st May, 2023.
Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Eswara Rao Nandam (DIN: 02220039) and Ms. Rapala Virtanen Tarja Hannele (DIN: 09528399) that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than those which are provided in their resignation letters.
