In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that Ms. Sneha Agarwal, vide a letter dated 30th January, 2024 had expressed her desire to resign from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board in its meeting held on 13th February, 2024 had accepted her resignation from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and relieved her of the duties and responsibilities, with effect from the same date.
