| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR)Regulations, 2015 it is hereby intimated that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 29th May, 2024 at the corporate office of the Company to inter alia consider the undermentioned business transactions: 1. To approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statements and Independent Auditor''s Review Report for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024 and 2. Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives/dependants from 1st April, 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024, as has already been intimated to the Stock Exchange. | |
