Pursuant to Regulations 29, 30,33, 50 and 52 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Monday, 12th August 2024 to perform the following business(es) transactions: 1. To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 2. In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Person along with their immediate relatives/dependants from 1st July, 2024 and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2024, as has been already intimated to the Stock Exchange. The Board, if, takes any other decision significant for the Company''s business, the exchange would be informed of the same in the outcome of the meeting.
