| Pursuant to Regulations 29, 30, 33, 50 and 52 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on Monday, 12th August, 2024 to consider the following business(es): 1. To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 2. As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Person along with their immediate relative/ dependents from 1st July, 2024 and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. as has already been intimated to the Stock Exchange. The Board, if, takes any other decision which be significant to the Company''s business, the exchange would be informed of the same, in the outcome of Board Meeting. | |
