This is to inform you that Daulat Securities Limited have decided to close the Trading Window for all the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors, Designated Persons and all other Insiders pursuant to the provisions of "Codes of Fair Disclosure and Conduct" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, from 1st April 2025 upto 48 hours post the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting on which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025, are to be declared, once fixed, will be intimated to the exchange accordingly.
