| This is in continuation to our letter Ref. No.CO:CS:RC:2024-25:155 dated August 19, 2024 wherein the Bank had intimated about the Record Date (September 13, 2024) for payment of Interest due on the captioned Tier 2 Bonds issued on March 28, 2023. The Bank has made timely full payment of the half yearly interest today i.e. on September 30, 2024 (the due date September 28, 2024 and the succeeding day, September 29, 2024 were non-business days) to all its Bond holders, whose names were appearing on the register of bond holders on the Record Date fixed for the purpose. The details are given in the attached file. | |
