This is to inform you that pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, in compliance with the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in Company''s shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, shall remain closed with effect from Friday, the 1st January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2020. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
